Ravin Rama is a highly experienced and passionate training consultant with a career spanning over 30 years in the fields of Project Management, Risk Management, Problem Solving, and Leadership Development. With more than 25,000 hours documented hands-on experience on on-ground and sub-sea projects and corporate and leadership training, Ravin has cultivated a deep understanding of both the technicality of human aspects and managing them.

Throughout his career, Ravin has played key roles in several large-scale, high-impact engineering and infrastructure projects.Notable highlights include with Honeywell Engineering on the Building Automation Systems for Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA-TAMS Software Systems). He was also the core lead in the startup team for one of the world’s largest Unipol reactor-based Polypropylene Plants, home to the highest capacity polyethylene pelletiser. His portfolio further includes projects involving sub-sea marine pipeline installations and power plant cooling water intake construction for Malakoff and Alstom Corporation.
Ravin’s consulting and training expertise has been sought by Malaysia government bodies to multinational corporations. He is an associate consultant with the Ministry of Education Malaysia -Institute Aminuddin Baki and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia. He has designed and delivered impactful training programs for Sarawak Civil Services, Dyson Malaysia, Schneider Electric, Shell Refining, Berjaya Properties, Flex International, and numerous other corporate organisation across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Ravin a much sought after trainer in Project Management for the Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering and various other industries.

Qualifications
Ravin’s qualifications reflect his commitment to continuous learning and excellence. He is a Certified Project Manager with the International Association of Project Managers (IAPM), United Kingdom. He holds a Master’s in Project Management from Open University Malaysia (OUM), and a Diploma in Marketing from the City of London College, UK. In addition, he is an Inner-Engineering practitioner,with on-going independant research on Quantum-Neuro-Bio Engineeering. He has written numerous research journals and his papers are available on request.Ravin Rama is an accredited trainer with the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia (TTT-1814) and American Society for Training and Development (ATD).
