HRDC TRAINING GRANT CLAIM APPLICATION
A brief overview of the HRD Corp grant and claim application process. Mention that, effective April 1, 2021, HRD Corp only approves training grant applications under the SBL-KHAS scheme, with a few exceptions.



1.Grant Application Process
- Who should apply: Registered employers must submit the grant application online before training starts.
- Who can submit the claim:
- Training providers: Can only claim for course fees.
- Employers: Must claim allowances, training materials, internet subscription, and other related costs after the training provider’s claim has been approved.
2.Required Documents for Claim Submission
Face-to-Face Training
- Attendance list (PSMB/SBL-KHAS/T3/01)
- Invoices & official receipts (for transportation)
- E-tickets, invoices & official receipts (for flight tickets)
Remote Online Learning
- PSMB/SBL-KHAS/JD/14 form
- Invoice (Addressed to PSMB)
- Attendance Form (PSMB/SBL-KHAS/T3/01) – All information must be filled.
- System-generated attendance report – Certified by both the training provider and employer with:
- Signatures
- Authorized officer’s name
- Designation
- Company stamp
- Date
3.Important Notes
- HRD Corp may request additional documents for verification before approving a claim.
- Claims can only be submitted after the training provider’s claim has been approved.
